Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it, so it is sellable to another customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping to the address provided on your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Winchester, California. Standard shipping is Media Mail (2-8 days) and Expedited shipping is 1-3 days.
Refunds
Refunds are available immediately if the order has not yet been shipped. Shipping costs are also refundable if the order has not shipped.
If your order has shipped, refunds are only available once the books are returned in original condition, as outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned products.
